Inaugural General Assembly completedየመክፈቻ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ተጠናቀቀ

Vertex Basic Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. has held its inaugural General Assembly together with the Ethiopian Cooperative Commission.

This assembly formally constitutes the cooperative under Federal Cooperative Proclamation No. 985/2009, confirms its founding members, and establishes its leadership. It marks the official beginning of a member-owned institution built on one principle: let's grow together.

From here, Vertex moves into onboarding members, mobilizing share capital toward its authorized base, and building the savings and credit services its members have asked for.

ቨርቴክስ መሰረታዊ የቁጠባና ብድር ህብረት ስራ ማህበር የመክፈቻ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤውን ከኢትዮጵያ የህብረት ስራ ኮሚሽን ጋር አካሂዷል።

ይህ ጉባኤ ማህበሩን በፌደራል የህብረት ስራ አዋጅ ቁጥር 985/2009 በይፋ ያቋቁማል፣ መስራች አባላትን ያረጋግጣል፣ አመራሩንም ያቋቁማል። በአባላት የተያዘ ተቋም ኦፊሴላዊ ጅማሮ ነው።
